By making this purchase, I hereby agree to the Terms & Conditions outlined below:

Cancellation Policies:

• 50% cancellation fee for any service cancelled by the purchaser prior to 24hrs of activity.
• 100% cancellation fee for any service cancelled by the purchaser within 24 hrs of activity.
• In case a service is cancelled due to bad weather, by the supplier and that the service cannot be rescheduled prior to departure, a full refund will be done.
• If an activity is cancelled due to poor weather condition by the supplier and that guests have already left the hotel, a minimum fee for transport will be charged. Alternatively, guests may use the vehicle for a land excursion for the duration paid, in which case there will be no refund for transport.

Important: Any “special” requests concerning meal should be communicated to the Customer Service Representative upon booking.
